Gather all the ingredients to cook this tasty beef goulash.
Chop the following ingredients: vegetables, onion, carrot, garlic, leek and pepper. Season the meat and dip in flour, remove excess flour and cook in oil until brown. When done, remove meat from the pot and set aside.
In the same pot, sauté the chopped vegetables for 10 minutes at low heat. Add a teaspoon of paprika, cumin, chopped parsley, bay leaf and the pepper. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add the tomato pulp.
Add the pieces of meat from earlier and add the red wine. Allow to reduce for 5 minutes.
Cover with the Aneto Meat Broth and cook at low heat until the meat is tender and the liquid is moderately reduced.
Serve the Goulash piping hot. Enjoy!
