Soup with pasta, legumes, egg, potato, sweet potatoes and squash

You will need the following

Ingredients

100 gr soup pasta

100 gr of Beluga lentils

100 gr of small chickpeas

1 large potato

1 small sweet potato

1 sprig of celery

1 carrot

1 onion

1 leek

1 liter of ham stock

2 hard boiled eggs (optional)

Directions

Step by step

Drain the legumes, prepare all the ingredients

Cut the vegetables into small portions.

Sauté the vegetables in a pot with the olive oil, until the onion is transparent. Add the stock and bring to the boil.

Add the legumes and the pasta, boil for 10 minutes, then add the grated hard-boiled eggs.
