Lobster Rice

You will need the following

Ingredients

450 ml Aneto Fish Broth

250 ml Aneto Seafood Cream

1 lobster

300 gr rice

2 cloves of garlic

Sweet red paprika

Brandy (shot)

Olive oil

Red tomato

Saffron

Pepper

Salt

Directions

Step by step

Prepare all the ingredients to cook this delicious rice recipe with lobster.

Cut the lobster in half and then in eigth. In a saucepan put some oil, let it warm a couple of minutes at medium heat, add the pieces of bread crumbs and sauté it. Salt and pepper until it releases its essence.

When ready, remove and add chopped garlic, diced tomato, sweet paprika and saffron.

Add brandy and flambé it.

Once ready, add the Aneto fish Broth

Then, the Aneto Seafood Cream.

When the broth is boiling, add the rice and let it boil during 10 minutes. After, add the lobster and let it boil 10 more minutes.

Finally we have our creamy rice with lobster. Enjoy it!
