Rice with cuttlefish and garlic

You will need the following

Ingredients

1 L of Paella fish and seafood broth with sofrito ANETO

340 gr (85gr per person) of short grain rice

400gr of cuttle fish

1 bunch of young garlic

1 onion

Olive oil

Salt

Prepare all the ingredients and wash and cut all the vegetables in small portions, clean the cuttlefish removing eyes, beak and cuttlebone.

In a shallow pan with olive oil, scour the cuttlefish until golden, put on one side and sauté the vegetables, season lightly.

Add the cuttlefish to the vegetables stirring for a couple of minutes. Add the rice and stir coating the rice for 3 or 4 minutes in the oil.

Pour in the broth.

Bring to the boil for 18 minutes, add salt if necessary, remove from heat, rest 2 minutes and serve.
