Rice with cuttlefish pork ribs and vegetables

You will need the following

Ingredients

400gr clean calamari

400gr pork ribs

200gr cauliflower

100gr green beans

2 onions

1 green pepper

1/2 red pepper

Bunch of fresh garlic

4 cloves garlic

1/2 kg paella rice

1,5lt paella stock

Olive oil

Salt and pepper

Directions

Step by step

Cut the calamari and vegetables into small portions

In a paella pan, brown the calamari and ribs with olive oil, season and reserve. In the same pan, lightly brown the vegetables.

Add all the garnish and rice, stir.

Add the stock, boil for 5 minutes over a high heat, lower to a medium heat and leave for 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180ºC, Place the paella into the oven and bake for 4 minutes.
