Chard pot and cod fritters

You will need the following

Ingredients

1 L Naturally Seasones and Seafood Broth Aneto

60 g leek

180 g onions

150 g tomatoe

100 g rice

125 g chard

2 cloves garlic

100 g breadcrumbs

100 g cod

1 clove of garlic

2 eggs

Milk (optional)

Olive Oil

Step by step

Prepare all the ingredients.

Chop the onion, garlic and leek. Cut the beets into julienne and grate the tomato.

Stir fry the vegetables except the chard and add the tomato. Leave until the water evaporates

Meanwhile, chop the parsley and the garlic of the fritters, mix it with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl, if it is very thick add a little of milk.

Once it's cooked, incorporate the rice and sauté it. Add the Natural Fumet and let it cook 5 minutes.

Form the fritters with the help of a dessert spoon and fry it in hot oil until golden brown and reserve it on absorbent paper.

Add the chard and let it cook 5 minutes

Incorporate the fritters. Cook it 5 minutes more and salt to taste. Let stand a couple of minutes before serving.
