Fideuá with vegetables and squid tentacles

Wash and cut all vegetables in small portions, pull the tentacles away from the body of the squid, remove the quill.

In a low pan pour in olive oil, heat and lightly brown the noodles, remove from heat and drain the excess fat, reserve.

In the same container, mark the squid tips until brown, season and put on one side.

Sauté the vegetables, season.

Add the noodles and the squid tips, mix well.

Add the broth, bring to a boil for 10 to 12 minutes. Until it has evaporated completely

Enjoy it! TIPS:
We recommend using fideos no 2 or 3, as they are thicker they absorb more flavor.
When we brown the noodles it stops them from over cooking and sticking.
