Fideuá with vegetables and squid tentacles

You will need the following

Ingredients

1 L of Fideuá broth with sofrito ANETO

340 gr (85gr per person) fideos no 2 or 3

300gr of squid tentacles

1 bunch of green asparagus

1 onion

4 fresh garlic

Olive oil

Salt

Wash and cut all vegetables in small portions, pull the tentacles away from the body of the squid, remove the quill.

In a low pan pour in olive oil, heat and lightly brown the noodles, remove from heat and drain the excess fat, reserve.

In the same container, mark the squid tips until brown, season and put on one side.

Sauté the vegetables, season.

Add the noodles and the squid tips, mix well.

Add the broth, bring to a boil for 10 to 12 minutes. Until it has evaporated completely

Enjoy it! TIPS: We recommend using fideos no 2 or 3, as they are thicker they absorb more flavor. When we brown the noodles it stops them from over cooking and sticking.
