FIDEUÁ WITH PRAWNS AND SQUID

Wash and cut all the vegetables in small portions, clean the squid,
Cut them into bite-sized pieces, peel the prawns leaving the head and tail.

In a low pan with olive oil brown the noodles, remove from heat and
Drain the excess fat, reserve.

In the same bowl, mark the squid until golden, season and reserve

Sauté the vegetables, season.

Add fideos and squid, mix well.

Add the stock, bring to a boil for 10 to 12 minutes. Add the prawns 3
minutes before cooking is finished. The stock must evaporate completely

Enjoy it. TIPS:
We recommend using fideo no 2 or 3, as they are thicker they absorb
more flavor.
When we brown the fideos it stops them from over cooking and sticking.
We can substitute squid for cuttlefish and prawns for crayfish
