You will need the following

1 l Christmas broth Aneto

100 gr minced pork

100 gr minced beef

1 slice of bread

Milk

Salt and pepper

100 gr pasta shells

Prepare all the ingredients.

Soak the bread in milk until soft, crumble, add mince meat salt and pepper mix and roll 4 balls of meat.

Put the broth in a pot and bring to the boil.

Add the meat balls for 20 minutes, add the pasta bring to the boil for 10 more minutes. Ready to serve
