Brown rice soup with turmeric and vegetables

You will need the following

Ingredients

1 l Aneto Chicken Broth Low in salt

2 tablespoons of turmeric

120 gr of brown rice

2 carrots

2 sticks of celery

1 tray of Bimi

Fresh thyme

Olive oil

Salt

* You can use any vegetable or aromatic herb

Prepare all the ingredents

Cut the bimi in half or in small portions

Sauté the turmeric in olive oil for a few seconds to develop aromas, add the rice, mix well.

Pour in Aneto broth, bring to a boil for 30 minutes.

Add the vegetables, boil for another 5 minutes, remove from heat and let rest 2 minutes, add thyme to taste. Rectify salt if necessary.
