Anyone who has a relationship with Aneto Natural, SLU can use the Ethics Line to communicate to the compliance body with responsibility for supervision and oversight of the company's prevention measures any possible irregularity, breach, or behaviour contrary to the Code of Ethics, which takes account of the law and standards that apply to our organisation.
The Ethics Line is used by filling in the form, on which contact details must be provided in order to be kept up to date on the progress of the investigation. Reports must be accompanied by a detailed description of the facts and any available evidence. The company will confirm receipt of the report to the person who makes it within seven calendar days.
As a general rule and for reasons of effectiveness, anonymous or manifestly baseless reports will not be accepted.
An Ethics Committee made up of a Company Manager and an external advisor will be responsible for conducting the investigation and submitting a report to the Board of Directors who will take the appropriate action in each case. The person making the report will receive a reply within three months of receipt of the report.
The making of a report will not in any circumstances lead to any reprisals. The confidentiality of the person reporting a concern and other people involved will be protected at all times. In relation to the facts reported, confidentiality will be maintained during the processing of the complaint.
