Autumn soup | Biocultura 2018 special edition

The 1st ,2nd ,3rd and 4th of November, we will be at BioCultura Madrid, the fair of organic products and responsible consumption.

As we are completing the details of the new Corner Soup for our stand, yesterday we cooked a Soup with the Aneto Organic Chicken Broth to enjoy this Autumn.


  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 liter of Aneto Organic Chicken Broth
  • 200g chicken breast
  • 200g of varied fresh mushrooms
  • 250g cooked chick peas

Step by Step:

  1. Sauté the mushrooms with a touch of garlic and parsley and reserve.
  2. Sauté the diced sweet potato previously and reserve
  3. Sauté the chicken breast dices and reserve
  4. Add the broth to heat and once hot we will add all the ingredients
  5. Bon appetit and see you in Biocultura Madrid!
