Tagliatelle al nero di Sepia

You will need the following

Ingredients

1 onion

2 garlic cloves

1/2 chilli

A glass of white wine

1 crushed tomato

500 ml Natural cooking base for Squid Ink Paella

Cuttlefish (2 or 3 pieces)

250 mg Tagliatelle al nero di sepia

Salt and pepper

Directions

Step by step

Chop de onion and garlic and sauté with olive oil and chilli. Remove the chilli and add the crushed tomato.

Add the cut cuttlefish into small pieces and fry it

Add wine and let it evaporate, then add the broth and let it cook on slow heat.

Boil the tagliatelle "al dente", drain it and then sauté it for a while.. Finally salt to taste. Enjoy it!
