Smoothie with Aneto artichoke stock, spinach and pineapple

You will need the following

Ingredients

1 l Aneto Artichoke broth

150 gr small fresh spinach leaves

½ natural pineapple

½ lemon juice

Prepare all the ingredients.

Cut pineapple and spinach into small portions.

Put the ingredients in a blender, add the lemon juice, add the artichoke stock and mix until a smooth juice is obtained.

Enjoy it! TIPS: Set aside some pineapple and spinach leaves to decorate the smoothie. Serve chilled If you do not have a blender, you can mix with minipimer.
