Aneto at Salón de Gourmets’17

April meant Salón de Gourmets, one more edition we took part in that food Exhibition celebrated in Madrid.

During 4 days all visitors could taste all the Broths and different paellas cooked with our Cooking Bases for Paella.

In the kitchen we organized some Cooking Shows, the classical and tasty Lobster Rice with Aneto Seafood Cream and Fish Broth and two new recipes: Beef Sirloin and Pork Cheeks. These new recipes were cooked by Silvia from Chez Silvia and Dolors from Blog de Cuina de la Dolorss.

In the afternoon we also organized interesting workshops about Youtube and Instagram. On Monday Eva from Eva Cuinera cooked a recipe with our Onion Broth for her Youtube Channel and the following day Carmen from Recetas Tía Alia shared with us some tips about Instagram.
