How do we make it?
We fry the onions, the tomatoes and the garlic in virgin olive oil over a very low heat. We season it with paprika and a touch of saffron and add all the meat - rabbit, duck and pork chops - to the sofrito and continue cooking gently for over 2 hours, slowly adding our Chicken Broth.
Before packing it, we will filter it and apply the UHT process as we do with all our NATURAL Broths; and pack it in this Tetra Brik carton for it to preserve for months in a 100% NATURAL way.
