To celebrate the Christmas Season at Aneto we have made a new recipe, ideal to share with the family during these special days, recovering the true flavour of the sea and placing it on your table, the CREAM OF SHELLFISH SOUP by Aneto; Grey crabs, prawns, mantis shrimps, mussels, in an extraordinary Cream of Shellfish Soup made with natural and fresh products, faithfully following the traditional cooking methods.

We make a smooth sofrito with onions, leeks and carrots, where we will add the crab meat, the prawns, mantis shrimps and mussels, frying them slightly. Then we add its fish broth and cook on a low heat for 30 minutes. Grind finely and sieve to obtain the Cream of Shellfish Soup.
