Our company has been dedicated to the elaboration of Serrano hams and cured charcuterie products for 40 years, attaining throughout our history a renowned prestige.

A couple of years ago we decided to offer the Spanish market a NATURAL Serrano ham broth made with our own hams, after working on this project for more than 10 years with much dedication. Today we make a NATURAL broth identical to the one we would make ourselves at home.

To be able to offer a completely natural broth that preserves for 8 months.
